A body left till last
You can't remember the last time you took a sick day.
Stuffy mornings, school runs, a tissue up your sleeve and a head that feels twice its weight by three o'clock. You carry on because someone has to. This is a few minutes, once the house is quiet, where you're the one being looked after.

How it helps
A soft glow, a few quiet minutes
Press once and the two soft silicone tips glow a gentle red. Rest them at your nose, sit back and close your eyes — at the kitchen table, on the sofa, or in bed before you sleep. No cable, no bottle, no reason to get back up. That's the whole practice.

About this ritual
How does it feel?
Soft and gentle. The silicone tips simply rest at the nose — nothing is pushed in deep, and there's no spray, no heat blast and no smell. Most people notice the soft red glow more than anything else.
How long do I use it for?
A few minutes at a time. Follow the session timing in the user guide that comes in the box, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Is this a medical device?
No. SINORA™ is a personal comfort product — it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If your symptoms are persistent or severe, or you're pregnant or managing a medical condition, please check with a healthcare professional first. Not suitable for children.
Can I share it?
It's best kept as your own. Wipe the tips clean after each use, and swap in the two spare tips from the box whenever you'd like a fresh pair.
What if it isn't for me?
Write to team@thelivingchapter.com and a human will help with a return or exchange — no hoops, no hard feelings.
You look after everyone. This is a few minutes of looking after you.
