Refund policy

Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at team@thelivingchapter.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund 80% of purchase price of your item as all approved returns are subject to a 20% service/restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Living Chapter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Living Chapter will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know stuff happens. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at team@thelivingchapter.com. so we can help you out.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact team@thelivingchapter.com. for the details regarding this process.

Please note: the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.

ALERT: It's been brought to our attention that some of our shipping partners were completely overwhelmed in the past months due to the global situation. Due to this, some orders are taking 60 days to arrive. If your order has been affected by this, please email us so we can make things right immediately.
